That this mindset we have when we underestimate ourselves is what lets us believe we are the ones that are standing in the way of our own success. “For example, during a business meeting, there’s always a few individuals that are shy or just scared to speak. This is when you should train your mind to just come out and say something if you have a question or great idea,” says Michelle Uhlhorn of Aquila Marketing. The notion that we believe in at Aquila Marketing is that if you don’t act on your own ability to create and problem solve or come up with new ideas, then someone else will do it before you. There needs to be a sense of urgency when you are trying to be the best version of yourself and be confident. Think about every great individual you know, they all have this ability to be confident and they never underestimate what they can do. JK Rowling started writing Harry Potter and it took her years. But the series is finished now, so if someone believes they can be the next JK Rowling, then that person should immediately take action, believe in their decision and get to it.

“Instead of procrastinating or believing that your ideas will not go anywhere, give it a try and attempt to actually implement them,” mentions Michelle Uhlohorn of Aquila Marketing.
